Section 4B

Obligation to re-establish used special withdrawal rights

The Minister of Finance of the Government of Nepal shall, on behalf of the Government of Nepal, re-establish as much of the special withdrawal rights as written in Section 6 (a) of Article 19 of the Fund Agreement, in accordance with Schedule 13 of the Fund Agreement. And all the payments to be made in doing so will be made from the accumulated funds of the Government of Nepal.
